Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PackExplore, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to be transparent and fair with our refund and cancellation policies. Please review the terms below before making any bookings through our platform.

1. Cancellation Policy

Domestic Tours

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before the scheduled start date of the tour.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour will not be eligible for any refund.

International Tours

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 90 days before the scheduled start date of the tour.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the tour will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be processed once any travel tickets (flights, trains, etc.) or hotel stays have been booked, regardless of the cancellation window.
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be available only if service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) issue a credit or refund, subject to their own terms.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the cancellation request date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Booking service charges
  • Custom itineraries and consultation fees
  • Any government taxes or fees paid on your behalf

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Date changes and rescheduling are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
  • Modifications may attract additional charges depending on the provider’s policy.

5. No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Failure to show up at the scheduled time or last-minute cancellations will be treated as no-shows, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline shutdowns), PackExplore will assist in rescheduling or offering credit notes where possible. However, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the policies of third-party service providers.
